The table provides a list of fresh Chia plant samples collected for isolating the RNA for transcriptome sequencing. Plants were grown in the greenhouse at Oregon State University, Corvallis campus. Collected samples were immediately frozen in liquid nitrogen and stored at -80C until further processing.
